In this hands-on workshop suitable for adults and older children you will be given expert guidance in building a wood-fired oven from start to finish in the garden at Taurus Crafts. Warren Lee Cohen has built many bread ovens and has over 20 years experience of baking bread with children and adults.
He is author of ‘Baking bread with children'. In it you will find an invitation to share the magic of baking bread with children of all ages, and everything you need to get started: bread basics for beginners, a variety of delicious recipes, and a rich store of multicultural stories, songs and blessings to enliven the whole experience.
