Spencer Christy started farming in 2004 at his parents’ farm on the Blackwater Estuary in Essex. He began on a quarter acre plot learning about and experimenting with the Biodynamic methods and he now looks after 210 acres of Demeter certified farmland. The farm is home to cattle, sheep, chickens, bees, vegetables, fruits, education and conservation.
