Until 12 February 2012 at Sinclair-Haus,Bad Homburg vor der Höhe
For the first time, this exhibition of drawings, watercolours and collages by Franz Marc and Joseph Beuys provides an opportunity for fascinating comparisons between these two important twentieth-century artists. It simultaneously spans an arc from Expressionism to the art of the 1940s and 1950s and leads even further on to ultimately ponder the relationship of these two artists to Romanticism.
